| I am Anna Marie Acoba, 26 years old, single and in good health. I am an easy going person, friendly, kind, patient and honest. I can easily adopt to new environment. I am a person who always want to gain knowledge/experience, explore and to do changes in life. I enjoy whatever I have but also dreaming for a big opportunity for a better life.
I studied Midwifery and took the Licensure Examination on Nov. 2006 and luckily I passed with flying colors. I am now a Registered Midwife. I started working as a volunteer midwife/nurse assistant on April 2007, and after 6 months I was hired as a Midwife/Nurse Assistant Reliever for 2 years and 9 months then I was promoted to a Staff Midwife/Nurse Assistant. In this institution I gain a lot of experience and knowledge on maternal/newborn care. I learned to communicate, be responsible, and coordinate to patients and to my superior. I also learned to deal with any kinds of patients from newborn, pregnant women and geriatric patients.
I am currently working here in Romania as a babysitter/nanny since December 2010 up to now with the same family. I work for a family of 3 but my priority is to look after their daughter. She is 2 years old when I started working with them. My responsibilities includes: prepare food, feed her, bathing, oral hygiene, playing/walking/reading/ coloring with her, prepare her things when she go to school, giving medication if needed, putting to bed, cleaning, ironing, washing and laundering. I assume full responsibility when her parents go to work or away. I work from Monday to Saturday. I start working at 7:00 am or 7:30 in the morning. When the child is not yet awake I clean the house especially in the living room because we stays/plays in their a lot. I organize all the things, to put back everything where it is.I can say that I have all the good qualities as a caregiver.
